If you have used Wordcheck, we would like to hear what you thought — including if it did not work for you. Nothing appears on the site until you have said we may publish it.

How we handle reviews

Review pages are easy to fake, so here is exactly what we commit to. These are the rules we follow, and you are welcome to hold us to them.

  • Real customers only. Every review comes from someone who has used the product, and we check before publishing. No stock quotes, no invented names, no reviews written by us.
  • Published with permission. Nobody appears here who has not agreed to it, and anyone can ask to be removed.
  • Nothing is paid for. We do not offer discounts, credits, free months or anything else in exchange for a review. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the review itself.
  • We do not hide the bad ones. Negative and middling reviews stay up. A page of nothing but five stars tells you only that the owner controls the page.
  • Unedited. Wording is the customer's own. We correct nothing beyond an obvious typo, and never the substance.
  • Your email is never published. We ask for it only so we can confirm a review is genuine.

This follows Google's review structured data policy and the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, whose consumer protection rules came into force in April 2025 and ban fake and undisclosed incentivised reviews — the Competition and Markets Authority can fine businesses directly for breaking them.
